I had an incredible Mother’s Day brunch at Signatures Restaurant, at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Campus. This 4 course meal was a delicious foray into French cuisine. Bursting with flavour and beautifully plated, this was such a lovely way to treat my Mama.
The menu included:
Smoked salmon roll, stuffed with cheese, red pepper and dill, radish, mustard salad, crispy grapes
Poached eggs in red wine, mushroom, crouton, bacon, micro salad
Sole filet gratinee bonne femme, romaine gnocchi, fondu leeks
Rum Baba, exotic cream, pineapple and mango salad, coconut foam
